    California residents see PROP 65 WARNINGS

    No instruction
    Product is well constructed, appears very durable. My issue is that nowhere can I find a diagram or instructions online, in truck purchase or retainer bead and weight purchase as to how the halyard is to be secured at pole without impeding the free 360 degree rotation of the truck and flags. This is an outside the pole halyard design and regardless as to how I secure halyard rotation is interfered with. Please advise
