Artwork Requirements

Vector Files (Preferred)

The best format for appliqué or printed custom flags and banners:

• Adobe Illustrator (.ai) up to version CS6, with vector art and all text converted to outlines

Also Acceptable

• Vector EPS (.eps) files (usually exported from CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator)
• Vector PDF (.pdf) files (usually exported from Adobe Creative Cloud apps)

Embroidery Files

Embroidery requires a special digitized embroidery file. If you already have this type of file, please send it. Otherwise, we will need to digitize your artwork for production.

Email your logo to [email protected] to find out if it can be used for this process.

• Vector files listed above are best for any process (vector graphics)
• Bitmap files (described below) can also be digitized if of appropriate size and quality

Bitmap Files

Primarily for printed products:

• Photoshop (.psd), TIFF, or JPG files in the full size of your finished product and at least 300 dpi. Anything less will be noticeably pixelated on the finished product (stair-step looking edges). Colors, text, and artwork supplied this way cannot be modified without additional artwork charges, as these are not vector file types.

Artwork Charges & Timing

If modifications are needed to the original artwork, including color changes, artwork charges may apply. Art preparation charges of $65 per hour may apply to any artwork deemed not acceptable by the above requirements or requiring special cropping and layering.

Any applicable charges will be discussed with you by your salesperson before work begins.

Submitting Your Artwork

Files can be emailed to [email protected], or shared online using Dropbox or another file sharing service.

Your Rights & Responsibilities

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or other content for custom production, you represent that you own the rights to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce it, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
