Custom EMS grave markers can be customized with the name of your EMS or ambulance squad. You choose the shape and text depending on your desired look.
- Choose cast Aluminum or Bronze metal and shape style
- Bronze features ground and highlighted detail where applicable
- Aluminum available in variety of finish pain colors including red, black and gold
- Grave marker is mounted on 18" rod
- Slots on rear of marker hold one stick flag with up to 3/8" dia. staff (not included)

DIRECTIONS FOR ORDERING:
1. Choose your metal/finish and your shape below (shape options are identified in the image scroller to the left).
2. Enter your top text (department name) and bottom text (if applicable, depending on shape) in the fields below.
3. After placing your order, you will receive a digital proof for your approval, generally in 24-48 business hours, before starting production. This gives you a chance to inspect spelling, color and marker shape, or make other changes if needed.
Please note: production for custom EMS grave markers is currently 4-6 months.
