My in-ground flagpole sheered off from the wind at the second pole (swedged piece). Therefore, I still have the first part anchored in the ground. It is 3 inches in diameter. Can I buy the 2 inch piece to slide into the standing pole and slide the remainder of the pole on top of it? The rest is intact.
