Shipping Policy & Procedure

This policy contains details of the shipping methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website, by telephone, or email.

Shipping charges are calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. Applicable shipping charges will depend upon the location of the shipping address, weight and size of the item(s) and requested shipping service time. You will be advised of the shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Lowest Priced Option) – 2 to 9 business days, plus processing time. Most orders arrive in 2–3 days from ship date. Certain oversized items or items traveling outside the continental US may experience longer delivery times. Standard Shipping may not be available for all items.

Expedited Shipping

Depending on your delivery location, expedited options may not display at checkout. If you need items for a specific date and options are not displaying, please contact us for assistance.

  • UPS 3 Day – 3 business days, plus processing time
  • UPS 2 Day – 2 business days, plus processing time
  • UPS Next Day – 1 business day (not available on all items; does NOT include Saturday delivery. Please contact us to coordinate.)

Additional Information

  • Most orders process within the same business day; some orders may require additional processing time.
  • Large/Oversized Item Shipping – 2 to 9 business days, plus processing time.
  • APO/FPO orders welcome! Shipping takes approximately 2 to 6 weeks, plus processing time. Due to the nature of Military Mail, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
  • We do not process orders during weekends. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will not ship until Monday at earliest. Expedited shipping does not change this.
  • Saturday or Sunday delivery is not guaranteed and is not offered via the website.
  • We make best efforts to ship orders placed before 3pm during normal business hours. We do not guarantee same-day shipping. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly.
  • Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where we have tax nexus. If your order is calculating sales tax at checkout, you are in a state where we are required to collect.
  • Exact shipping times to Hawaii, Alaska, and outlying US Territories including Puerto Rico cannot be guaranteed.
  • Orders exceeding $1,000 may require In-Person Signature Confirmation. Contact us if this causes issues for your receiver.

Shipping Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders. To track your shipment, enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email into the carrier's website.

Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier performance and cannot guarantee on-time delivery. All carriers make best efforts but cannot guarantee all deliveries due to natural disasters, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond their control.

International Shipping

We deliver to most countries worldwide. APO/FPO orders are welcome (see above for details).

We do not offer online shipping options for countries other than the United States. All international orders must be placed by phone or email.

Important: We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning you are responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable if you break any such law.

As of 2022, we no longer ship to Germany due to packaging and vendor registration regulations.

Shipping Problems

Problems sometimes happen, but we're here to help. Email us at [email protected] or call 1-888-697-3524 immediately if your package arrives damaged, goods are damaged, or items are missing or mis-delivered.

If your package or goods are damaged, or there are shortages, do not discard the packaging. Contact us first to report the problem. We will initiate a claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Replacements will ship as soon as possible.

The carrier may choose to inspect the package. If the packaging is discarded before inspection, your claim may be denied and you may incur charges for replacement products.

Re-Shipping Due to Delivery Failure

If our carrier is unable to deliver your products due to circumstances that are your fault, and you do not collect your products within the relevant time limit, we may arrange re-shipping but reserve the right to charge you for actual re-shipping costs (even if original shipping was free).

Situations where failure to deliver will be considered your fault include:

  • You provided the wrong shipping address
  • There is a mistake in the shipping address provided
  • The shipping address is not reasonably accessible
  • The shipping address cannot be safely accessed
  • No secure means of leaving the products exists and no person is available to accept delivery
  • In-person receipt is required and no person is available to accept and sign

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties; civil commotion, riot, invasion; terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack; war (declared or not) or threat of war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; failure of telecommunications networks; or impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other public or private transport.

If an Event Outside Our Control affects our obligations:

  • We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you
  • Our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance extended for the duration of the event
  • Where the event affects shipping, we will arrange a new shipping date with you after the event is over

You may cancel a delivery affected by an Event Outside Our Control that has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel, please contact us. If you cancel, you must return (at our cost) any products already received, and we will refund the price paid including shipping charges.
