Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! Our original order was “lost in the mail”. After contacting customer service, our agent’s name was Andrew N., a new shipment was sent out. We didn’t receive a tracking number for the replacement shipment, but it arrived very quickly. We are also very pleased with the product. I would highly recommend Gettysburg Flag to anyone. We will be using them again in the future.
