Shipping Policy & Procedure

Orders generally ship within 3-10 business days unless otherwise mentioned. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please contact us.
 
For small products we can ship by USPS using Priority Mail. Priority mail is only for specific items on our website and will not show up as an option if not available. We are limited by what we can ship by USPS due to the mailer envelope that is provided by the USPS. The cost includes a tracking# for the envelope. To inquire about this option please call Lisa at 1-888-697-3524 (extension #12)

 

Shipping Policy
We operate like a walk-in business, we don't make profit on shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. In-Stock orders will generally ship in 3-10 business days. Special orders may take longer as we do not control warehouse procedures. All orders ship UPS (service selected) or USPA Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. If you need your in-stock order faster add 2nd day or Overnight shipping when you place your order and we will ship the same day (if you call before 10am), or the next business day (if you call after 10am).

 

International Shipments
We do not include any taxes that your country may charge in our pricing. The surcharge bill duty tax will be additional to all of our pricing and shipping costs & requested by deliverer upon delivery. Please include items that you would like to ship, the address that you need them shipped to, and any delivery deadline needed.

 

Oversize Shipments
UPS considers any package over 5' long to be an "oversize" shipment meaning that they will charge an additional $5-$10 for delivery based on your address.  Single piece poles or anything that is 5' or longer when completely collapsed with incur this charge.  To find out what your shipping cost will be, simply add you items into the shopping cart and fill out the shipping address information completely.  Your shipping will be calculated at the top of the page with the product total and you can view expedited shipping options there.

 

Damaged Goods/Package & Shortages
Call Gettysburg Flag Works, immediately upon receiving a package that is damaged, the goods are damaged, or their are shortages, 888-697-3524 (extension 12).
If your package is damaged, the goods are damaged, or their are shortages, DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING, call Gettysburg Flag Works, Inc. at 888-697-3524 (extension 12) to report the problem. We will initiate a claim with the freight carrier (UPS- Fedex -- Common Carrier etc.) Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible, pending claim action / settlement.
The freight carrier may choose to inspect the package. If the packaging is discarded prior to inspection, your claim may be denied and additional charges may be incurred for replacement products.
After the freight carrier is satisfied with the inspection, or choose not to inspect, we will notify you to discard the packaging.
