Single Pulley Trucks
For external halyard poles, Cap style, Stationary, Single pulley

• Cast Aluminum construction
• Pole Info: Truck slips over the top of the flagpole and is secured with 3 5/16" - 18NC stainless steel set screws
• Ornament Info: The top of the truck is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading on 1/2" - 13NC as a standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading if desired. The ornament is secured to the truck with a size 10-32 stainless steel pan head screw.
• Pulley Info: 1 7/17" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a 1/4" stainless steel axle. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is 5/16".
  

Single Pulley Revolving Trucks
For external halyard poles, Threaded Type, Revolving, Single pulley

• Cast Aluminum construction. For ease of rotation, product life and strength, these trucks utilize self-lubricating ball bearing assemblies. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is 5/16".
• Pole Info: Designed to be used on flagpoles that have up to a 3.5" outside diameter with female fitting installed (see below). The bottom of the spindle has a 1.25" NPT threading and is screwed into the top of the flagpole.
• Ornament Info: The top spindle is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of 1/2" - 13NC as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading. The ornament is secured to the truck with a 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screw.
• Pulley Info: 2" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a 1/4" stainless steel axle.

For external halyard poles, Threaded style, Revolving, Single pulley

Pole Top Adapters (Female fitting)

These adapters are used in mounting a truck with a spindle threading of 1.25" NPT and the pole does not have a threaded top plug installed. The adapter is tapped 1.25" NPT and is designed to slip over the top of a pole and is secured by three .25"-20NC stainless steel set screws.

Vertical Mount Pulley Assemblies

Cast aluminum construction with a 1 7/16" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a 1/4" stainless steel axle. Attaches with two 1/4"-20NC stainless steel flat head screws or two stainless steel straps (screws and/or straps not included). Maximum halyard diameter is 5/16" Not supplied as standard with holes drilled for mounting . If drilling is required please put it in the notes of your order.

Halyard (cut to length)

How to determine what size diameter and how much halyard you need for your flagpole: The diameter of the halyard depends on the allowable rope diameter of the pulley on the flagpole. Please confirm this diameter BEFORE purchasing.

How long should my halyard be? Typically-this is the height of the flagpole multiplied by two (2). For example: a 30' flagpole, multiply by 2 = 60' of halyard. It is better to have a little extra then not enough.

Super Snap 3.5"

The Super Snap makes attaching your flag easy! Use on halyards 1/8" to 3/8". Quiet and doesn't require snap covers. To attach to the halyard, pinch your halyard into a loop and push the loop through the hole in the snap, pull through and push the whole snap through the loop. When tightened, this will keep your snap from sliding up or down the halyard and your flags can be attached and removed easily

Beaded Retainer Rings

Attaches to the end of the halyard on an internal halyard flagpole. This keeps the bottom of the flag against the pole. Not meant to attach directly to the flag, as this can rip your flag. If your flag is sliding up the pole with the wind, try one of the counter weights shown below.

Flagpole Counter Weights

Coated steel weight, attaches to the end of the halyard on an internal halyard flagpole. This keeps the bottom of the flag down, and pulls the flag down when lowering. Not meant to attach directly to the flag, as this can rip your flag. If your flag is pulling away from the pole, try one of the beaded retainer rings shown above.
